Airports:
Ithaca Regional Airport (ITH) - direct flights available from JFK (New York) and IAD (Washington DC). Note: flight delays and cancellations are common lately, especially on in-bound evening flights. We recommend adding in some extra travel time and having a clear backup plan (such as a car rental).
Syracuse (SYR) - mid-size airport 1 hour away, rental car or taxi required.
Driving:
Ithaca is generally a 5 hour drive from NYC, 4 hours from Philadelphia, 2 hours from Rochester, and 6 hours from DC.
Bus:
Direct buses from NYC are available through Flixbus, OurBus, and Shortline/Coach USA.
We recommend a rental car if you are flying in. If you need a local taxi to or from the venue, we recommend booking local rides ahead of time with Uber Reserve or the local taxi service Collegetown Cab. Please be aware that rideshare apps like Uber can be spotty in this area. They work best with rides originating in downtown Ithaca; do not rely on their real-time availability in the late evening or early morning.
